Mocha Boutique will only accept returns for items that have been unworn and are in their original packaging within 2 weeks of the delivery date. The buyer will pay the return postage and will be refunded after we have recieved the item. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Do you provide International delivery?
We do not currently offer International Delivery. If you are interested please email info@mochashop.co.uk and we will be delighted to provide a custom shipping quotation.
How do I return an item?

In your order/shipping confirmation, tracking information from our courier will allow you to track the shipment.
